Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the products are free from makeup or deodorant marks.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
